The name of this ministry came out of Hagar's narrative found in the book of Genesis. She said "You are the GOD who sees me".
All women at one point or another have felt under valued, under appreciated, over worked, and over looked. These were some of Hagar's feelings as she sat under a tree ready to give up hope. But God has always had His eyes on his daughters. God values you! God appreciates you! God gives rest! and He never ignores you!

What is I.C.U.

I.C.U. is the mentorship ministry of I SEE YOU. This program is to assist women to get to their "next" level. The women in this program meet twice a month with the express purpose to develop into the women they were designed to be. You will be challenged in this group, loved for who you are, and changed by the power of God's word and prayer.

All women can expect:

   - Seasoned Women as Mentors (Titus 2:4,5)
   - 6 group sessions per quarter
- 6 individual sessions with selected Mentor per quarter
   - Discount rate to attend RVM Women's Conference

I.C.U. is an Investment:

Mentorship is an investment into your "next" level. The fee is $300 per quarter or you can become a monthly partner of RVM. If you are interested please download the I.C.U Application to review the payment options. A sliding scale is available if needed and will be awarded by discretion of RVM.

Become a monthly partner of $100+.

  - All I.C.U. sessions throughout the year.

  - $50 RVM Women's Conference Registration Fee.

Become a monthly partner of $50-$90.
- Benefits Include:
  - All I.C.U. sessions throughtout the year.
  - 30% off all resources offered through RVM.
  - $70 RVM Women's Conference Registration Fee.
  - 30% off of Day Ministry Events (Seder Experience, etc.)
Pay $100 monthly per quarter you select to be in.
- Benefits Include:
  - All I.C.U. sessions of the quarter.
  - 10% off all resources offered through RVM.
  - 10% off RVM Women's Conference Registration Fee.
